Classes are held on Wednesday evening at 7 pm and on Thursday morning in Little Ness Village Hall; on Friday morning at 10 am in Fitz Village Hall and Sat classes are as follows:

1st Sat - Marton Village Hall, SY21 8JT

2nd Sat - Little Ness Village Hall, SY4 2LG

3rd Sat - Brockton Village Hall, SY5 9QN 

All classes 90 mins

Payment Policy

Some of the class themes are:

Classes with Yoga Kind involve the practice of  warm ups and yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and occasional short, general  meditative  practices such as candle gazing.   In this way, you get an authentic experience of the traditional and highly-therapeutic practices of yoga. You can either join one of the weekly classes (or drop in) or attend (as a try out if you wish) one of the 3 monthly classes which run 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Saturdays at various venues.   The Saturday classes are designed for you to de-stress and are suitable for beginners, as well as longtime practitioners.
