Classes with Yoga Kind are of 90 minutes' duration as this gives the chance for you to practise warm ups and yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and occasional short, general meditative practices such as candle gazing. In this way, you get an authentic experience of the traditional and highly-therapeutic practices of yoga. You can either join one of the weekly classes (or drop in) or attend one of the 4 monthly classes which run 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturdays at various venues. You can just drop in to a Saturday class when you happen to be free as these classes are designed for you to de-stress and are suitable for beginners, as well as longtime practitioners.
