Classes for those suffering from Multiple Sclerosis or health issues
Classes involve the practice of warm ups and yoga poses, breathing exercises, relaxation and occasional short, general meditative practices such as candle gazing. In this way, you get an authentic experience of the traditional and highly-therapeutic practices of yoga. You can either join one of the weekly classes (you are welcome to have a 'try out') or you can attend one of the monthly Restorative/Nidra classes.
The Saturday classes held in Brockton SY5 are designed for you to de-stress and are suitable for beginners, as well as long-time practitioners. One to one sessions are also available.
